This large 5-bedroom, 4-level townhome is an end-unit that feels like a single-family home. Enjoy incredible views of Breckenridge Ski Resort from the front of the home and views of Baldy Mountain from the back. Sit in the hot tub on the front deck and watch the last skiers come down the mountain or relax with a glass of wine on the back deck while grilling supper and take in the bird's-eye views of the town of Breckenridge and Mount Baldy. 

From this special location, you can walk 50 yards to a private gate which leads to the Burro Trail, lock into your skis or board and ski or ride this trail that emerges at the Quick Silver lift on Peak 9. This trail is for intermediate and up skiers. Detailed instructions with photos can be reviewed after reservation confirmation and will also be found inside the home.

Newly remodeled, this home is nicely appointed and thoughtfully decorated. The floor plan offers plenty of privacy with 3 King bedrooms with attached baths, 5 bedrooms in total mostly spread out over four levels. The main living area on the second level includes a wood-burning fireplace, TV, ample seating for a large group, and access to the hot tub on the front deck. There are three balconies in total. The kitchen has stunning views and is equipped with high-end appliances and all the kitchenware needed for your stay. You can serve eight guests at the kitchen dining table overlooking the town and six at the front table overlooking the ski runs. This home also includes a full-size washer/dryer, free Wifi, a heated 2-car garage with room for gear, and space for 2 more cars outside the garage (max of four vehicles).  

The free shuttle bus stop is 30 yards from the front door, stopping every 20 minutes for transportation to Peak 9 or town shopping/dining (winter only).  Enjoy this gorgeous property year-round with trails right out the door and a short-cut path for walking to town in the warmer months. This home sleeps 12 with a max of 10 adults, and a max of 4 cars.  4WD is required in winter months for safe driving around town and on the highways.
