The views in person are even better than the photos. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything from a crock pot to rice cooker and fresh spices.

THE TINY COMPANY DIFFERENCE: Breck Mountain Rentals is a very small company offering big customer service, locally-owned and operated here in Breckenridge, CO. Your calls/texts are answered immediately 9am-9pm and 24 hours for emergencies. Our inventory is limited to a select number of properties only in the Breckenridge core so that we are able to provide meticulous attention to detail, for happy homes and happy guests. All Breck Mountain Rental properties are meticulously maintained and well stocked with full-sized and/or ample guest supplies, an informative welcome binder and a gift bag.

LOCATION: An easy 1.8 mile drive to downtown Breckenridge shops and dining and 1.8 miles to the Breckenridge Gondola for skiing at Peaks 6-8, 0.8 mile to Peak 9. This home is on the east side of Main Street, which providies easier access and less traffic to shops and skier parking. Alternatively, you can drive 2.2 miles to the free skier parking lot on Airport Road and then board a shuttle that loops non-stop all day to the Gondola.

ACCESS: This home has a flat driveway and is in a neighborhood with paved roads, however, ALL Breckenridge visitors need 4WD/AWD for safe transportation to and around town.

Skip the hassle of picking up your rentals and have those items delivered to your home and picked up at departure.

A full-size grocer is less than 2 miles away. Conveniences such as Target, Walmart and more-size grocers are 20-30 minutes away.

HOUSE RULES:
Minimum age of primary renter is 30. All guests must be at least 30 years of age with the exception of children and young adults traveling with parents.

Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and other Summit County ski resorts including Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain less than 15 miles away.

Winter Activities: Skiing, sledding, ice skating, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, cross-country skiing, shopping, dining, and a world-class rec center for swimming, yoga, track, basketball, racquet ball, etc.

Summer Activities: Hiking, biking, boating, horseback riding, and great resort activities for kids at the top Breckenridge mountain in summer and fall months.
