THE TINY COMPANY DIFFERENCE: Breck Mountain Rentals is a very small company offering big customer service, locally-owned and operated here in Breckenridge, CO. Your calls/texts are answered immediately 9am-9pm and 24 hours for emergencies. Our inventory is limited to a select number of properties only in the Breckenridge core so that we are able to provide meticulous attention to detail, for happy homes and happy guests. All Breck Mountain Rental properties are stocked with full-sized and/or ample guest supplies including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, laundry/dish detergent, an informative welcome binder and a gift bag.
LOCATION: Half mile to downtown Breckenridge shops and dining, 1.3 miles to the Breckenridge Gondola, 1 mile to the Quicksilver Chair on Peak 9.
PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS: One of the ONLY homes in town that does not require stairs for home entry or access to the main living areas and a King suite. Private covered hot tub just a few steps out the door, 3 gas fireplaces, boot dryer, heated garage, huge mud room, big yard, huge closets, and over 4500 sf of space.
ACCESS: ALL Breckenridge visitors need 4WD/AWD for safe transportation to and around town. This home is 1/2 mile to Main Street Breckenridge and 1.3 miles to skier parking at the Gondola or parking garage. Alternatively, you can drive or walk 0.2 miles (250 yards) to ice rink parking and take the free shuttle to any skier drop-off locations and avoid traffic. As our guests, we are happy to help you with the details of getting around Breckenridge and where to park.

House rules are strictly enforced. Maximum occupancy is 10. All guests under the age of 30 must be traveling with parents or guardian. ID and signed rental agreement are required. No smoking, no pets, no parties. Exterior camera and noise detectors in place. Max of 4 vehicles. Christmas/NY 2024: Reservations including 12/25 must depart by 12/27 or also book the night of 12/31. Reservations including 12/31 may not arrive earlier than 12/27 or must also include the night of 12/25. We do not allow reservations that fall between Christmas and NY. Please inquire prior to booking for clarification.
