High Street Chalet is located in downtown Breckenridge, walkable to Main Street shops and restaurants, and a short 2-block walk to the free shuttle to go anywhere in beautiful Summit County.
This downtown Breckenridge Victorian style charmer has a huge upper deck with glorious mountain views to soak in the cool mountain air. A short walk gets you to Carter Park, the town hiking trail system, pickleball courts, boutique shopping or patio dining.
This beautiful 3-level home has parking for 3 vehicles directly in front. Bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room for luggage. Coats and boots can be kept out of the way in the large entry foyer. Vaulted ceilings, large windows and a gas fireplace are rare in a Victorian charmer, but High Street Chalet was thoughtfully designed and includes beautiful updates throughout.
TVs with DirectTV and Roku for streaming in living room, primary bedroom and bunk room. Queen has DirectTV only.
High Street Chalet is a VALUE priced property because it does not have a hot tub. This makes it one of the most affordable rentals in the downtown Breckenridge core, where everyone wants to be.

Lower level: Queen guest bedroom #1, Queen and bunk bed guest bedroom #2, full bathroom with combination tub/shower, full-sized laundry room.
House rules are strictly enforced including maximum of 8, minimum age of 27, quiet hours 10pm-8am.
All Breck Mountain Rental properties are meticulously cleaned and maintained with high-end guest supplies and outstanding customer service. Our staff lives locally in Breckenridge. An informational notebook is in the home and we are easily accessible for questions by text or phone.
