Less than 1 mile to the Breckenridge Gondola for access to Peaks 7 and 8, and less than 1 mile to the chairlifts on Peak 9. A classic Victorian cottage on the outside, warm and earthy Aztec vibe on the inside. Impeccably decorated with modern updates and new management offering world-class service for our valued guests. Private hot tub, new furnishings, new linens, immaculately cared for. Guests receive 20-30% discounts on ski rentals, delivery, free storage at select locations.

THE TINY COMPANY DIFFERENCE: Breck Mountain Rentals is a very small company offering big customer service, locally-owned and operated here in Breckenridge, CO. Your calls/texts are answered immediately 9am-9pm and 24 hours for emergencies. Our inventory is limited to a select number of properties only in the Breckenridge core so that we are able to provide meticulous attention to detail, for happy homes and happy guests. All Breck Mountain Rental properties are meticulously maintained and well stocked with full-sized and/or ample guest supplies, an informative welcome binder and a gift bag.
LOCATION: Downtown Breckenridge, one to five blocks away from skiing, sledding, shopping and dining. Walk on flat sidewalks to town or hop on the free shuttle a short walk from the house.
ACCESS: Flat driveway with parking for three vehicles. ALL Breckenridge visitors need 4WD/AWD for safe transportation to and around town. Guests can walk less than half a mile to shopping/dining on Main Street. A Breck Free Ride shuttle stop is just 2 blocks away for transportation or connections to anywhere in Summit County. As our guests, we are happy to help you with the details of getting around Breckenridge and where to park.

HOUSE RULES:
Minimum age of primary renter is 30. All guests must be at least 30 years of age with the exception of children and young adults traveling with parents.
